had one of their drivers illegally pass 3 cars including myself in a line waiting at the light near dominoes and the gas station because he couldn't be bothered to wait? I was horrified by the recklessness of this moronic driver. Not the first bad experience I've had with this company either not sure what their problem is.

Leaving because of their lackluster customer service. Waiting all day for a tech to come and disconnect my propane tank. Couldn't give any specific time, hanging around all day. Family run customer oriented business is BS. They have one employee who is customer focused, Matt, the delivery driver. Good guy, honestly cares. Too bad the owners don't follow his lead.
We have had both good and bad experiences with Rymes. I called Rymes about a month ago to set up an appointment for one of their techs to come out and give us a quote for adding a circuit to our boiler. Discovered that you can no longer call the local offices directly, that all calls go through the Concord office. Gave info to lady there, who said Ossipee office would get back to us. They never did. On the other hand, when we called for annual boiler service their tech was on time, friendly and informative, did a great job servicing our boiler, and the bill came in less than we were quoted.
Terrible service. Asked for a quote made me wait weeks. Then once they came for a quote never actually gave me the quote. After a over week of them coming over I gave a call down to the establishment To see what the quote was. There was no information I could be spoken to me. There was no manager available and that's who sets the pricing. Even after asking to speak to a manager was told he was busy with customers. Not happy for having waited over a month and now there's long waits other places. As a veteran and as a homeowner if I had to rely on them I would be worried. If you're reading this review I would take your services elsewhere. They might be the cheapest but definitely the worst customer service.
