This agency constantly drops the ball. There were multiple issues with having the proper coverages on vehicles, so be sure to double check EVERYTHING. Also,they have become quite unresponsive. Thank God for a direct number to the company they solicit business for. They cannot be successful running a business this way. Also, upon emailing with Michele that works there, her statement to me was very distasteful and poor in communication with telling me to “holler at her “ when I wanted to make a policy change. Well, I wish them well.
