I felt extremely comfortable having my teeth cleaned at Hales Parker Dentistry! They have a great check in system that flows very well with very little wait time. I was greeted and escorted back to the room. The hygienist was double masked with a shield, which made me feel super comfortable! She worked quickly and efficiently to clean my teeth and I was in and out in less than an hour. My family and I really love this practice!

What a great experience I had here. Everyone from the front of the house to the back was friendly and very welcoming. Dr Parker makes the experience very relaxing and comfortable and on top of that he followed up the same night just to make sure I was doing ok. I would recommend this office to anyone. I do work in the medical devices field and this office has all the latest and greatest tech making sure you are getting the best this industry offers.

I went in as a new patient with a swollen cheek and jaw. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The ladies in the front were extremely helpful and kind. My new patient forms were emailed to me and I was able to fill them out online. No need to print. Upon arrival I was taken to a room for 3D X-rays. No need to bite on anything to take my X-rays. Dr. Hales was very thorough with my examination and did a great job of listening to my concerns. They one my business.

Dr Hales and his staff are great. I always feel heard and comfortable at their office. They operate with full transparency and really help take the mystery out of dentistry. It makes me way less nervous knowing everything that’s going on. He explains everything he sees and presents all the options for treatment. He is honest, thorough, and kind! Two thumbs up.
