The doctors here are great. I get appointments easily and I’m in and out on time. No long wait times. They are friendly and well run. I highly recommend!

Dr. Kennedy went above and beyond with my son. I called late at night for stomach issues my son was having. Dr. Kennedy called me back several times to check on my son’s symptoms. He ultimately saved him from a dangerous and potentially life threatening problem. Most doctors would have just said keep him hydrated but Dr. Kennedy did not stop there. So thankful for him! We need more caring doctors like him.
100% frustrating every time. I tried to call for a same-day appointment for my 6-month-old child. After a 35 minute hold, had to return to work and hung up. Tried calling again at 11:20am and was rudely told by the \emergency nurse\ (who I never intended to call - I just dialed the regular number and was auto-routed to her) that I'd have to call back during regular hours... 11:20 ISN'T REGULAR HOURS? You'll be constantly frustrated if you select this practice - look elsewhere. This has been happening in various similar scenarios for months. I love the doctors, but will be moving my child - I can't take the stress anymore.
I have been taking my kids there for 21 years and I LOVE the staff, but I absolutely hate having to make appointments for a non-same day sick appointment. Not sure why they can't have staff answer the phones! The 24-48 call back system is awful and on a few occasions I was never called back.
We recently switched from another local pediatrician to SOCPA. The wait time was less than 5 minutes! The doctor was kind, thourough, took his time, and explained everything. He followed up a few weeks later to let me know he had received our records from previous doctors. And took time to explain all About \innocent\ heart murmurs. I would defiantly recommend this practice!
