This dermatology office used to be great! The doctors are still great in what they do; however the office admin team only cares about charging you or your insurance for any little question one may have unrelated to diagnostic. Any doctor I ever went to who uses an online portal or some type of communication system would always answer general health related questions I had related to their speciality. Isn't it nice to see a doctor who can answer a question about a product you use, or a common health related non-diagnostic questions without having to make an appt and paying your co pay, deductible, or out of pocket expense for one or so questions?
