worst McDonald's i have ever visited. this is the only food spot near my work. i keep waiting at the counter and no one come to get the order. always wrong order. i have allergy from seafood. last time i ordered Bigmac and Chicken habanero and they gave me filet-o-fish instead of Chicken burger. today i ordered Bigmac and Chicken Habanero and they gave me Macchicken. I will never visit them again. Worst McDonald's i have ever visited.

Delicious food and wonderful service. Furthermore, this restaurant is situated in a beautiful forested area, and is in a heritage home. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Maple Ridge and Mission

While it’s consistent with respect to food, the service here I unreliable. Three time now, items have been missing from my order. I don’t always check because cars are often behind me in the drive through, but you should definitely take the time. The last time this happened was during a curb-side pick up order. I contacted customer services through the app and was told I’d be contacted by the manager within five days to resolve the issue. Four emails (and the same message) later, no one has bothered to get in touch with me. While it’s not the biggest deal, you shouldn’t pay for something you don’t get, and if you do, it should be fixed.
