I can't ever get a hold of the staff and making a payment the last few months has been a nightmare! Their automated payment system has stopped working and I can't get reset my password through their website. I don't recommend them.

I rent a small locker here, we had a hurdle right after I rented my unit, but management got it worked out and all is good now. I appreciate management's quick response.

Absolutely terrible! The website is outdated and I can never get a hold of anyone through email or phone. Their automated phone system hasn't worked in several months and I can't reset my password on the website so I have to call them to pay but they never answer the phone! The last 2 months I have left messages for them to contact me back about payment and they've taken it upon themselves to take the payment out of my account without speaking to me. Go somewhere else!
