I recently attended a workshop called "The Missing piece in the Coaching Industry". Betska and John are amazing, and their positive energy are contagious. The exercise that we did is part of "Mind Kinetic" coaching program where we use the whole brain not just the conscious mind. The coaching session really forced me to get at the heart of the issue quickly by checking my whole self than the immediate task(s) at hand. I received executive coaching from Betska through my workplace. Little did I know it would change my life, personally and professionally forever. I suffered from severe depression, hated my job, myself and my life. Fast forward to now, and I have moved from Alberta to beautiful British Columbia. I love myself, and have a healthy view of the world. I do continue to receive coaching from Betska when I feel I need a lift in my life. I took CLI's coach training and it was well worth it.
