Every time I order 20pc chicken at the Ladysmith KFC, they never give me 20pcs. It's always less, like around 18pcs or 19pcs. They must love saving money! Last time, I found feathers on a wing. I think they don't clean the chicken properly. I don't want to try my luck there anymore. I won't be going back.

Good place to dine in. Great staff! Food is average. Not really up to KFC standard.
Printed out a coupon on the KFC website. Ladysmith would not honor the coupon. Turns out the coupon is only valid online. Fraud and false advertising. I went next door to the DQ, no more KFC for me.

If I could share a picture, I would. Easily 1/2 cup or more of grease at the bottom of the bucket. We ordered online and said pickup time was in 15 mins. Was over 45. No clear instructions on pickup, items missing.
