We could not be happier with our service from Harlene. First, in ease of booking our first all-inclusive trip to Mexico and then with un-ceasing support in getting our money back after we had to cancel our trip because of Covid. It took 10 months and multiple appeals to finally receive our money back from our insurance provider, something that would not have happened without Harlene's support and expertise. She checked in with us all the way through, provided multiple options for us to try, and did the grunt work of communicating with the insurance provider. When it finally comes time to book again, Harlene and Marlin Travel will be our first choice.
