The staff that work here scowls at customers and have no sense of customer service. The place is completely disorganized and they have no idea on how to handle orders in an efficient manner. There is no thank you and combative on how they deal with you. They just plop down your food/drink without even looking at you. Just awful.

I am just realizing that I took my kids there and tried to buy 3 twist cones wich they told me they do not make anymore only vanilla but I see in the picture they are advertising twist cones . Not to mention I did a mobile order waited in my car for 20 minutes when I went in they said they never got my order so charged me again . As I was leaving she says oh your order just came in . I was charged 4 times for mcflurries because they have no twist cones apparently. 3 times on the mobile app and charged again inside . Get it together people. You can tell these employees have no respect and do not care about there jobs at all
Rude staff. I have a very low bar for the kind of customer service I expect to receive at a McDonalds but they still couldn't manage to meet it. A basic greeting and a general desire to help is required if you work in customer service.
Service is average at best, staff looks disorganized. The self serving machine I ordered ran out of paper, so didn’t print out any receipt for me, I then had to wait in line and ask what’s my order number is. Store is clean, have decent amount of sitting area.
