It's a shame I can't negative stars. We have been on contract with MTN for years and took out our very first cellphone contract in Ladysmith at this very store. The service has gone downhill rapidly. The consultant was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. I would recommend that you upgrade online instead of using the store.

I did a sim swap on Thursday 24th November 2016 and my phone is still not working . Went in this morning after 22 hours only to be told I must wait 24hours . Its way past that now and I still have no connection . I tried all afternoon to contact the shop but my calls either went unanswered or cancelled. I live on a farm 60km's from Ladysmith with no landline . I am very disappointed with the service from MTN San Marco Plaza Ladysmith .
