WOW! Azaleas have always meant Spring is here to me and the display is now INCREDIBLE! The lush green landscape of this city is real draw for winter weary travelers. Lafayette has earned its coveted crown of Azalea City awarded by Azalea Society of America. Touring the urban core, you'll see majestic trees, delightful architecture and, of course, AZALEAS! Wonderful free festival of flowers that can be enjoyed on any given day or time during bloom time.

No flower in Lafayette has the visual power of our azaleas!!!
