Dr. Kennedy is truly a committed doctor to serving her patients with empathy, compassion, and commitment. Not only is she one of the smartest and most gifted people I have ever known, she is also relatable, patient, and friendly. Her staff is top notch and office is state of the art, clean, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Whether you need to rejuvenate your skin and face or a regular skin check up, I can promise you there is no better place to be in the Lafayette area!!!

Was not a huge fan of the facility. I’ve been to a dermatologist only twice in my life, so have not had much to compare to. On a positive note, staff worked well in getting me in to see a doctor and my wait time once there went pretty quickly. From then on, experience not so great. The facility felt more cosmetic based than medical, although I did see a few teens in the waiting room. The incredibly plumped lip Botox face girl at check in was extremely offsetting. Took away any credibility for the office going off of first impressions. Once I got to the back, the “nurse” seemed to have very little knowledge as to why I was there even when told by my intake form and myself. She served no purpose other than writing down medications for the past year. Once the physician came in ( Dr Kennedy)it was extremely rushed. Granted, my appointment was at the end of the day and the staff was probably rushing, but come on! I specifically told her that I am actively trying to get pregnant and trying to find cleaner, safer beauty routine. She then quickly scribbled a pill to take along with a rec for differin gel OTC. The pill would have to be stopped once I find out I was pregnant...completely ignored what I was saying. She lifted my shirt to look at my back for 0.2 seconds. Never once examined my skin. I was looking at some help for hormonal acne, and to establish myself as a patient since I have a fair complexion, freckles, etc. so I guess I’ll just wait it out. Very discouraged. Waste of time & money.
