I think I might have been scammed. The showroom was awesome — best in Lafayette. That and the prices were the reason I chose this place. However, not one interaction with them was positive after that. The main issues were: - almost zero communication - incredibly unprofessional and argumentative - had to redo the work twice - left my place an absolute mess After reading all the reviews here I feel like I was scammed some how because I don’t think the people I was dealing with actually worked for Grand Kitchen & Bath. I used to be a contractor and I can not believe these people are still in business based on the service I received.

Great prices and quality of granite. Sean was very helpful from start to finish and answered all of my questions. I shopped around quite a bit on prices and I don’t think anyone can beat his prices.
We are in the process of remodeling a Mid Century house (Circa 1961). We went to a few Granite/Quartz places in town. We chose Grand Kitchen and Bath for several reasons. 1. Their showroom 2. Their selection 3. Their customer service/professionalism 4. Their prices were better. 5. They excelled at overcoming problems and challenges with our home. 6. Provided a quality product in a timely manner. Thanks to Sean for getting all of this before Christmas. Highly recommend
Wow! Grand Kitchen and Bath provided us with excellent service, amazing quality of workmanship, and much better prices than big box stores. The guys finished ahead of schedule and the outcome was stunning. I cannot recommend GKandB highly enough. They exceeded all of my expectations.
Great service! Great prices! Super easy to work with! Sean was very accommodating every step of the way, and my install happened very quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing granite and cabinets!
