I did love this dentist and went here for three years, and then had the following experience that you can judge for yourself. Showed up on time, waited and waited. Finally, got called to come into the office only to sit down near another patient that was coughing and hacking the entire time (yes, this during COVID). I said I was uncomfortable and that I would wait in my car. Another 10 minutes after that after calling twice again, I was finally told to come in. Then I learned that the outstanding dental assistant that cleaned my teeth moved away. Okay. Not okay. My cleaning was barely standard - my teeth felt like barnacles (as my husband says when he hasn't brushed his teeth yet in the morning). I told the assistant this and she said that they were cleaned. I left. I called back and said that I was truly disappointed and that I'd like to give them another chance and that I'd really like my teeth to be thoroughly cleaned. They scheduled me and appointment. Two days later they cancelled. They didn't reach out to reschedule. I reached out. I was told they would call me back to reschedule. They never called back. I will have to call them again to go get my dental records now. Not looking forward to that either.

Excellent dentist. Never had any problems with them. Receptionists and dentists are always super friendly and remember me even though I only see them twice a year. Good, professional service.
