It was a horrific experience! They did a poor job and refused to do their touch-ups! Then cancelled the contract with no notice, 2 days after the units were to be completed. We work with dozens of cleaning companies and have never had such a poor experience. They argued with management about items that were listed in their contract. Stated their employees didnt have driver's licenses so they had to drive them everywhere. Refused to wipe dust off of the wall or blinds, and said they are unable to change a burnt out light bulb.
The KIU staff are wonderful. My estimate was accurate and suited to fit my needs. The house cleaner was friendly and speedy. She not only asked me to inspect her work, but cheerfully fixed what I asked her to. It was a perfect experience and I have signed up for future service. Thank you!
My experience with KIU was satisfactory they came in at the last minute and cleaned my local church. We were having an event and needed professional cleaning they were very helpful. They went above and beyond what needed, the whole church was very pleased! Thanks KIU
