Was currently under contract for a house and within 2 weeks of closing got denied by DHI Mortgage. They didn’t give us a heads up or even give us a chance to go with another lender because the house is already under contract with another buyer. All this happened within 2 weeks which is why we believe they already had in mind who they wanted to sell the house to. Seems real shady and I will be taking my complaint elsewhere as well.
