We used Running Rabbit for a full remodel - down to the studs for most of the house - in Boulder, CO. The job became more complicated once COVID hit. We hired Running Rabbit to replace a second story deck. They did a great job. They listened to our requests and were very responsive. Their attention to detail was superb and they cleaned up the job site daily. We would recommend them with confidence.
Adam and his team saved the day for us. They rebuilt most of our first floor after a significant flood, including a complete kitchen remodel. They went out of their way to get it done as quickly as possible so we could move back in, while still coming in under budget. I was especially impressed that they did this during COVID, at a time when several other contractors didn't even want to bid on the job because they were so busy. Adam fit our job in around others he was already working on, but I never felt like we were getting short-changed on attention or quality. All of his crew of employees and subcontractors were respectful of our time and space, adhered to COVID safety protocols, and did great work. Of particular note, Adam's communication was clear, timely, and thorough; I can not overstate how valuable that is when your house is in shambles during a pandemic!
We have used Running Rabbit several times including repairing damage caused by a flood and covered by insurance. First of all, the built in shelves they did in our playroom and family room are gorgeous, functional, and completely changed the aesthetic of the space. They came in lower than other companies and finished the job on time and within budget. The work they did following our insurance claim was equal in quality and Adam was also willing to jump through hoops to ensure our insurance claim was complete. I will definitely be using them again!
