Ha Parrinello was my sales specialist and she did a great job helping me find a new car. I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure about buying a plug in hybrid, but she helped me with all the details, showed me many cars, and always answered my calls. Chris Sutton helped me learn how to use my new car on top of his job of helping with the loan. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the vehicle I purchased. I would highly recommend them.

I was surprised with service I really didn't plan to buy. But I seen a very nice Accord Touring with low mileage. Of course like all dealership they offered the which is useless tire and rim insurance and gap insurance sometimes I wonder how much money they make selling you that.

Just leased a brand new 2021 Honda HRV with Dean’s help. I was looking into buying another used car from them but it sold and I had to start over when I came in to sign for it unfortunately. The other salesman wasn’t there who had helped me before unexpectedly and Dean stopped what he was doing and helped me into this car knowing how important it was to stick to my budget. He even helped me get a good trade in value for my other car. So very thankful for all of his help today and I absolutely love my new car!

Purchased 2021 Odyssey 03-13-2021 no trade in. Should have been a very easy and safe transaction. I did the pre-purchase on line. They did have the correct color and model van pick out cleaned up and parked in front, going good so far. We looked the van over all looked good. Signed the paperwork and waited for the salesman to fuel the van up. As we waited most of the sales staff wore masks improperly or pulled down as they walked past us, we are both older and still very concerned about Covid exposure. The next day We realized the the vin number on the van did not match the signed paperwork. Contacting the salesman was very difficult. Several days later a driver did come out to our home 90 miles away and the correct paperwork was signed. A week later we received a copy of some of the signed paperwork signed. I hope the next new car we buy the manufactures can sell it without dealer involvement.

Anyone who has any problem with these great salesman and service department is not doing any kind of work on the end of the buying process! I've got 4 vehicles from these hard workers and I have just bought a new accord and I walked out with cash and received a few in a check and they went out of the way to get me a lower rate of interest!OH I FORGOT THAT I HAD FREE COFFEE AND WATER AND THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE TEAM SHIP MADE IT ALL THE BEST!!!TY LAFONTAINE DEARBORN HONDA BUILDING

I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department at LaFontaine Honda. Recently, I was out of town on vacation and had a minor issue with my vehicle. I called and talked to Jim Raj, who was more than helpful in advising me on how to proceed. On a second call, he spent several minutes looking up information on my warranty so I could make a decision about where to have my vehicle serviced while out of town. The issue was not fully resolved the other dealer. When I got back into town, I brought my vehicle in to LaFontaine and they fixed the entire problem and situation. The guys at LaFontaine are always professional, always helpful, always responsive and always get the job done right the first time. I can not recommend LaFontaine highly enough.
