We had gone for the COVID test, appointment was at 8 am but they followed the first-come, first-served rule which means even if your appointment was 10 am and you got there by 7:30 am, yours would be done early. The staff were generally nice and communicated politely. Our results were also sent to our mail at an expected time so we had no issues with them
