It’s a lovely service with kind and polite staff and very easy to use for first timers. But however, I think it is worth noting that the shipping time is NOT what is stated on the site, it’s not 7 -14 days, neither is it 14-21 days. It is in fact a whooping 21-30 days. At least that’s how long it is taking to ship mine. And that alone is quite disheartening because I really wanted to give this a five star review. speed matters a lot in costumers satisfaction, I don’t want to wait donkey years for my package to arrive. I’m still waiting for my package to arrive, I’ll do an updated review then.

This is probably my first review of any business on Google. If you're looking to have your shopped items from abroad delivered to you in Nigeria (from the US), then Heroshe is a no-brainer! You pay less shipping fee & your items get delivered in about two weeks. Crazy!!!
I've been with Heroshe for some months thanks to word-of-mouth recommendation from a friend. Shipping with Heroshe has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Fees have been affordable. They always handle my laptop and gadget shipments with care, nothing has ever been damaged or missing in transit. The only time there was a delay of shipment(of two days) they sent a mail explaining why and with regular updates. The support is also fantastic with prompt and on-point response to questions or concerns. If I could rate 6 stars I would. Well done guys.
Heroshe is a breath of fresh air. At first i thought they were pricier than other Shipping Companies i had used, but then i realised they have no hidden costs, they are extremely detailed and you can track the progress of your Shipment. Their Staff are extremely polite & helpful, especially a lady called Subomi. Fantastic experience
