Dodgy pricing - I asked but nobody could provide me with a set price list Unsatisfactory customer service - the staff need proper training on resolution of complaints. 2 stars because they didn’t mess up my clothes and they do pick ups and drop offs. Would think twice about using them again until they sort out their pricing.
