Professional teacher who knows what he is doing! I attended one of the monthly sessions where we spoke about wellness and set our intentions for the month. Will be attending more in the future!

A perfect space to find balance and community in Lagos, Nigeria
I went for the Saturday Trap Yoga class and it was great! It's a clean, comfortable, spacious and serene space. The incense burnt during classes gives a special touch. There are extra yoga mats to use during sessions if you don't have one and they're kind enough to give out water after sessions. Friendly instructors too! I'll definitely be going back.
I loved the classes and the community as well. Gather at Breathe was always a vibe.
I remember the first time I went for a yoga class at Breathe. I did not want to leave. It's quiet, and the colors are so soothing! I love the fact that they burn oils and incense as well POS payments are available, so feel free to walk in with cash. They have changing rooms that are spacious. Parking could be a challenge, so take an uber or mentally prepare to park a-ways off during peak period, and walk down
While Breathe is not the only Yoga studio in Lagos, it's unique factor is the communal spirit which the team creates. If you're looking to get in a regular practice, or even try a different type of movement, Breathe is a great place to go.
Whenever I go to Breathe Yoga studio I never want to leave. Amazing space, so serene and smells soo good witht the oils and incense burning while having a great yoga session. They also have the best instructors and a good variety of classes for everyone whether you've been doing yoga for 3 days or for 10years. Breathe is where you go to forget your worries and the hustle and bustle of Lagos Nigeria!
My first Yoga session at Breathe was so serene and relaxing I didn't want to leave! I plan to become a Breathe Yoga Studio regular :)
