Unfortunately we have to buy some things from here. Slowest shipping out of any company we deal with and also there is absolutely zero customer support. No one answers the phone or return voicemails and they also wont return emails.

Beware of advertised shipping times and poor customer service! I recently placed an order with SkyGeek and decided to pay for FedEx priority overnight shipping. I needed a part in 2 days time and figured this would be the safest option even though it was much more expensive. The next morning I checked the order status and found that it showed 3-4 days processing time. The item showed in stock when I placed the order so I called for clarification. The representative told me that they weren’t doing same day shipping anymore and it was my fault for assuming it would arrive in time. I reiterated to the representative that their website had information that stated otherwise. The representative ignored my statement and asked for the order number so she could tell me when I could actually expect it to show up. I gave my order number and I also said “I’m trying to help you understand that there is incorrect information on your website and you’re not listening!” I told the representative that if the part isn’t going to ship on time I want to cancel it or at a minimum change to cheaper shipping. I was told that it’s too late for that, they processed it so there would be no changes accepted. The representative then said now tell me where you found this information about shipping on the website. At that point I was done! I said this was my first and will be the last order with SkyGeek.
