LaGrone went above and beyond to honor my late husband. They were so kind to our family and made sure we were kept up to date through the process and allowed us to do what we needed to say our goodbyes. And the folder and video at the service were so personalized to my George it was beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful services provided.

Roger Allen and the rest of the staff did a top notch job with our service. They even surprised us with some special memorabilia for our loved one, I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service - they only care about collecting payment and not about families emotions during the hard transition of losing a loved one. Shame on you!! PSA- save yourself the additional heartache and have your funeral service elsewhere.

Don't care if everyone comes to the correct location? Neither does LaGrone. Don't care if pallbearers ever even get to perform their sole role? Neither does LaGrone. Don't care if your those watching the live stream of the service can hear? Neither does LaGrone. Don't care if the deceased was a war time veteran that risked their life to try to make this world a better place? Neither does LaGrone. Don't care if the deceased was a dedicated and elder member of his church? Neither does LaGrone. Don't care about the deceased at all? Neither does LaGrone, because at LaGrone, if they even get one thing right, they probably don't care.
