Couldn't make appointment with call lol. My house is far away from here, they just let customer wait in car for an hour, service very very slow. 3-4 staffs there like couldn't help, they should know some basic medical and not just wait for the vet. Business time until 3pm only, so if you reach by 2:30pm they're closed for registration. What If your pet in emergency will the staff told you to wait for few hours? Or they just answer "ikut giliran"?

By this moment this is the one and only Veterinary Clinic operation in Bandar Sri Perdana located at Lorong 3. The treatment here is good, the staff's a friendly but service so slow. I need to wait with long face and sleepy. Luckily they're is another customer so we can do a chat and throw our bore. Anyway this clinic is very clean but no toilet.

Well located Veterinary clinic in Bandar Sri Perdana The staff are very attentive, polite and friendly The two young doctors are hands on in their work and informative They are very professional in their work and relate themselves to the pet patients with their concern and personal touch They are readily willing to explain to you in details the symptoms affecting your pet Appointment first is recommended however sometimes you can walk in and they will try to entertain you They will explain to you the needs of your pets and the number of vaccinations required for the first year and subsequent follow up and the deworming needs for your pet Charges for visitations and medications are standard and reasonable and affordable Customer flow is well regulated and high with repeat clients due to satisfactions of the treatment given to the pets A pet card is issued to you detailing the schedules of the coming appointments The clinic also conduct spaying / neutering of your pets at very reasonable prices with advice on what to do and observation of your pet before and after the operations and so far no complains was heard of their handling of pets patients With the current Covid 19 situations the clinic is very strict about adhering to the SOP set by the government giving confidence to pet owners Highly recommend this clinic to all animal lovers as all my pets (dogs and cats) are treated by this clinic and the spaying done at this clinic too No regrets and highly appreciative.
