For so many day i was looking for a nice hair saloon and one of my friend suggested to visit this place. So yesterday i visited this place alongside him. When i entered in the salon my first thought was this is a nice place. The guy at the reception greeted and asked me "what you do need sir" I replied: "haircut" he said: "ok please wait sir. Everyone is busy with the customers" So i waiting for like an hour and then a guy came and asked me you a haircut? I said: yes! He said: please come. So the hair dresser asked what type cut would you like to have so said whatever suits on me So gave me a really nice look Whenever anyone visit this salon ask for Ramzan. He is the best. Understand your requirement. So overall i had a really nice hair cut after trying so many places.

Went for a hair cut at my friend's persistence. Turned out to be pretty good, trained barbers who were friendly, clean shop tastefully decorated. The packages were wallet friendly too. The salon is segregated by gender.

I was a regular customer of Cosmo from Last 3 years, even i have got ready for the weddings. I visited them on 21st Dec and came to know that complete management and hair dresser is being changed and according to them shifted to DHA. I somehow requested one of their only old hair dresser named Sonu for the haircut and beard and he denied me saying he is busy till 40 mins and sat on the sofa and acted as monitor. I waited for 15 mins and was left unattended. The one reception had 0 control on the staff. The customer service went from 4 stars to 0. No value given to their existing customer. Didn't understood the shifting of staff either. This has to be my end of being customer of COSMO. I did call their upper management but they didn't responded at all.
