Very poor service provided by staff. Very unclear rules which are never disclosed at the time of dealing and when you find better options and withdraw, these thiefs charge you hidden fees and rob you off your money. Very unprofessional staff and management. Never pick up phone when you claim refund or reply.

Good for buying all kind of tickets. I have been regular customer of Faremakers but now getting cheap tickets from other online portals as well. Called them few times for getting some information but they always say that give us your number and we will get back to you but then nobody calls for follow-up and otherwise they keep calling just to ask do you have any travel plans. Please improve your customer services .

Really bad service. All they are interested is money. Once you pay them they won't even look at you. My friend missed her flight because they never had a confirmation from their airline. To make things worst they said it's not their fault so no apologies. They even refuse to pay for her taxi home. I am beyond shocked and discussed. This will end in court. Please don't book a flight with them, they are full of excuse.

One day i have choosed a faremakers company and a bought a ticket for going Lahore to London. After buying a ticket from this company i have not pay an extra charges, because this company cant take extra charges after booking a ticket. This company is most trustable for all customers. So, if anyone wants to travel on a best services then for this i would recommend faremakers is one of the best choice for your traveling.

Very Pathetic Service. Miss commitment. Unprofeasional Staff. They took payment and no one bother to handle my quries on time. I was soo disappointed. Even their Managers and HR Department and visa Section even Their Owner Asif not trust worthy.
