I applied for CAE mock exam preparation at this institution, the classes were held online due to covid-19. It was my first experience and the instructor treated me and all of the students quite professionally. As far as it is concerning to me I had a great experience, and I didn't feel out of place at all even if it was my first experience. The staff pays attention to their behaviour toward students they are counselling and if they receive criticism they don't retaliate back but apologize if they have done something wrong.

Insufficient arrangements for test takers. Rooms were too small and no noise cancelling headphones were provided. It's quite distracting to hear other test takers respond to speaking prompts when you need to concentrate. Also, a lot of the test takers were completing their respective speaking sections at the same time. While the staff was friendly and helpful they forgot to provide me with writing papers in the first half of my TOEFL test and were apologetic about it later but that doesn't change the fact that their negligence cost me valuable time and score points. Overall, they really need to be fully professional and trained before undertaking such a huge responsibility.

I went to ICD for giving my toefl. Was super anxious due to some paper work related issues. The lady Fatima was a God send, she not only helped me over the phone a day before to sort out my paper work, but also ensured that i give my exam in perfect condition. She relieved all my anxiety and made me calm. All SOPs were being followed. the staff was extremely nice and cooperative. It was a very relaxing experience and i would 100 percent recommend this test center.

I was enrolled for IELTS and teach suggest me to do PTE and He Himself even not knowing PTE format and basic rules whenever I ask anything to him he was told me I need to confirm from office and He even not know basic grammar rules and not even try for grooming.i would like to suggest all my friends , money vand Time are both important for us. They have not Care for us. They are looking charming because only thy are taking Ielts examination officially. Please avoid
