I'd give them less than 1 star if it was possible. Their free delivery service is fake. They'll charge you for delivery . If they say delivery time is 48 hrs max, be assured that they wont deliver it before 5 days. The so called " helpline" is of no use whatsoever. Worst online shopping I've ever experienced.order number is 3332547

The only thing good about this website is that their delivery was on time. I ordered same day delivery. The product I ordered, however, wasn't delivered. A different product was delivered. I ordered Kind Pet Bentonite Cat Litter. I received Panda Scented Bentonite Cat Litter instead. I'm not sure how my cat will react to this. I'm desperate so I will have to use a little of it. Never ordering from here again though. If the product wasn't available, they should have marked it as sold out so I wouldn't have ordered it OR at least called me to inform me that it wasn't available and suggest alternatives.
It is really good there is no physicall shop but it is one of the best online pet shop out there. I ordered frequently from there.prices are reasonable and the delivery time is also very good
