When we went to Omar's hospital we were in distress , discomfort and were very concerned. I took my wife Naveeda Kousar along with me who need consultation ASAP. But Dr. Shahzad Shams explained precisely what the problem is and how we are going to manage it. I've strong faith in him , his expertise and his judgment. He is beyond just an extremely competent surgeon. An extremely dignified and sincere person. A great Muslim and a perfect example of how a human being should be! The entire staff of the hospital was cordial, vigilant and made us feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time.
