Phatic Experience. Fraudulent people with hunger of money and poor administration. No system for appointment. There is a reason behind that madness and that is dealing highly paid customer. You may have to wait for 4 hours literally. I have wait for exact 3:45 hours. Not even deserve single star.

I would not even give 1 star to this fraud of a clinic. After setting up an appointment for yesterday for 8:30pm, I reached the clinic 10 minutes before the time. They told me over the phone that there will be a waiting time of about 1 hour. I said I was okay with it. After waiting for an hour, I kept checking with the front desk, who constantly told me that the doctor is currently doing a laser treatment and will be free in 5-10 minutes. This way, 3 hours passed and I was not attended to, despite depositing my fee for consultation when I reached. Extremely unhappy, I took my money back from the reception and came back home. When I threatened to leave, they tried to tell me the same story again - the doctor will be free in 5/10 minutes and will attend to you - but I didn't buy into it and came back. Word of advice: If you're bent upon attending to only those patients who pay more money for laser treatments, then label yourself as a cosmetic doctor and not a skin specialist. Maybe have separate days for laser procedures and not make your consultation patients wait like I had to. Word of advice # 2: Stop wasting others time. If you allow people to have appointments set up, please attend to them on time rather than letting your friends and high priority patients take precedence.
