Best way is to visit personally this office. A well known for all types of visa regulation. After Corona pandemic nthie office specified its dealings in specific visas like family and business. Visit visas are not opened yet. Prior ly they deal first come first serve basis but after COVID-19 they deal appointments. Appointments are open on their website. If you do not have any appointment they deal only first 10 persons each day before 2 pm. It's suggested that you first complete your documents then take appointment and then visit them. So that they can deal you more efficiently. We all should be careful with SOP's. Stay careful, stay safe.

It is a good place. Just dont listen to agents for appointments. Try to wa8. U will find online. They open after every 3 to 7 days. So wa8 rather than paying extra to anyone
They have nice service but I received email one week before for decision on my application but I did not receive call so far for Pasport collection
