My aunt is there and hopefully by the end of August, she will be outta there. Most of the staff are pleasant, however, the level of care is atrocious. I have witness more staff in a huddle or curled up in a corner talking, texting or playing games on their cell phones than I have actually put in the work. The residents are being neglected and abused, I’ve witness that myself. My aunt wants to leave for she’s not being properly cared for. I’m pulling her out because my aunt is a private pay resident receiving 1st class sh*tty in the State assistance unit. Once she is settled elsewhere, I will be filing a complaint with the notation “drop in unexpectedly, do not make an appointment, do not call ahead, just a walk-in surprise inspection and be prepared to issue “violations”. I grade this facility -F for failure. The State should be sued for allowing them to continue to run that facility of failure by reissuing them their licenses. By the grace and mercy given by TMH, my aunt is outta there.

Worse place ever! They tried to keep my grandmother against her will but because I had Power of Attorney papers they had no choice but to release her! They even threatened to call the police and report it as kidnapping! This place was referred by her doctor who said he put his mother in-law here. I guess he did not like her at all! There was several patients in the hallway wanting to go back in room and staffed ignored them! Do not send your loved ones here!!!!!

I would like to Thank Nurses Vivan, Dolores and purse around the hips Nurse for taking care of me. My Cousin Cookie Adams for all the outstanding activities the Residents get to do. Hakim who took excellent care of my wounds. The Cooks and the PCT staff. Ms. Lindsey, the Physical Therapy Staff and all the others Staff who was nice to me during my stay there.

I stayed in this facility for two weeks and had an excellent experience. I recommend this facility to anyone and the staff is very professional and kind. Thank you Lahser Hills.

This place is awful. Do not send your loved ones here. Most of the staff is incompetent and the administrators don't care how much you can complain. All they do is make excuses. State of MI please shut this place down. I really wanted to give zero stars but google won't let you post unless you pick at least one star. I repeat do not send your people here.
