Beautiful place with kind, welcoming and lovely people. Good place for a warm cup of tea and homemade baked goods after a long walk or short visit. The father-daughter duo that runs this business are very welcoming and helpful. When I was passing through, they had a bunk room available-just a tidbit for those who would find it helpful (looking at you CWT and SNT walkers!). Thanks for your hospitality Angela and John!

I visited in late October after the ferry crossing has stopped. It was during a storm and the man manning the lighthouse welcomed us in, made us the best beans on toast I've ever had and even gave me a souvenir he'd found. Very kind, friendly and welcoming.
great place to get a cup of tea and some well earned food after completing the great north trail. The owners are friendly and they have a good selection of cake, chocolate bars and beverages to stock up on if your staying the night or continuing on round the coast.
