We had an excellent lunch at Shorehouse. The food was prepared to order, presented to a high standard and good value for money. We ate on the balcony in glorious sunshine but if the weather isn’t so kind you still get stunning views of the coastline from inside the restaurant. If you’re visiting Handa island make sure you allow time for a visit here. As an added bonus the drive to get here takes you though beautiful scenery.

Beautiful setting for a lovely restaurant. It's simple - offering 9 or 10 dishes that it does brilliantly. Well worth a visit, do call ahead if you can.

What a place!!! I was on a road trip in the highland with my friends and we fell on this marvellous location and this splendid restaurant. I recommend the lobster and the salmon top class. lovely atmosphere.

Nice hot chocolate. Good cake. Didn't stop to sample seafood but looked good. Great place to warm up after a trip to the Hamda bird reserve island.

Fantastic sea platter, great soup. Generally the food on the nc500 is average, but this was just great. Platter was quite expensive but the menu just didn't say it was for 2p. Would really recommend.

Seafood heaven. Friendly welcoming staff, nice selection of wines and spirits. Amazing location with fantastic views, tranquil, peaceful, a great place to unwind. Really can't recommend this place enough.
