Very interesting and impressive museum. You can watch a film about the whale hunting and at the museum you see all the stuff which refers to whale watching. Even though the whole whale hunting is/was kind of mournful I can only recommend to visit the museum!

It's a good museum, it's quite tiny but fairly inexpensive. Loved the art part of the exhibition.
This one of a kind museum is a big surprise and one will be amazed with the amount of relevant artifacts, scrimshaw, harpoons, photographs and useful information that is found in what is apparently just a small house. We have to say that the exposition is well organized and well lighted and you have the real perception why whale hunting was a means of survival in those days for local people. You can even see one of the whaling boats they used. Don’t miss it!
Small, not expensive 2, with gorgeous examples of whale bone
Small museum devoted to the process of whale hunt, ticket only 2 eur, all exhibition takes 30-45 min to look
Very interesting museum, everything carefully displayed. The documentary was the best part, which took around 25min. Sunday for free, the other days 2 p/person. Worth while to learn about Pico past and traditions.
Nice props and collection of items
Modern and thought provoking museum about a lost tradition. The museum gives good insight on what life of the island was for centuries with good exhibits and media.
