Be very careful in service department. I began taking my 1998 Buick Regal there after the shop I was using couldn't find the reason my car was overheating. Lake couldn't figure it out either, but I spent a lot of money while they searched. I gave up and took my car to another mechanic. Found out that ALL of the sensors on my car needed replacing, including the speed sensor. There were code readouts for all of these! The speed sensor was especially irritating, since it controls many of the car's functions, including the automatic trans. By the time I discovered this the bands of the trans were stripped and I had to replace the transmission! The engine also required extensive repair because of the overheating. Oh, and I forgot to mention that there was a four inch gash in the side of the radiate that you could tell had been there for a long time. I have spent about 2000 fixing and replacing things because of them. I really like my Regal, I've had three of them. But no more Lake Buick.

I have just bought my third car in 6 months from Lake Buick GMC. I keep going back to them because they listen to what I have to say. From the management to sales to finance and even service not to exclude their awesome body shop they treat you like you are their most important customer. I have dealt with many other dealerships through the years and none of them even come close to how they treat you. They really make buying a car enjoyable.
We have been a customer from January of 2005 and this is the easiest and most friendly dealership. Sales, Service and even Body repair they always seem to do and excellent job. We have purchased three cars from them and had all of them serviced there. We even have had two of them repaired at their body shop. Difficult to find anything negative about any body there. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through the Lake Company. My first was a 2006 3500 Duramax Diesel from Lake Chevrolet. I drove the truck for seven years. I had all the service work done there. My service representative was Kathy Bloodworth. When Kathy moved from Lake Chevrolet to Lake GMC/Buick I moved with her. When I decided to trade in the truck for a car because I am no longer towing my 5th wheel I went to Lake GMC because I wanted to keep my service with Kathy and also Lake GMC/Buick because after seven years of service I have always felt they were fair and I never felt dis-satisfied with any business I experienced. I got a very good deal on the truck when I bought it and when I traded it in I got almost as much as I paid for it after driving it for seven years. I bought a new Buick Verano. I had looked at all the GMC and Ford vehicles and since I wanted to stay with Lake GMC/ Buick and Kathy Bloodworth I bought the Verano. Your vehicle purchase is only as good as the dealer you purchase from. The salesman that I dealt with was Cody Brown. He was very patient and helpful in helping me make up my mind. After I bought the Verano he spent a lot of his time and patience showing me all the systems in the car. Even how to hook up my Blue-Tooth phone. At seventy plus years of age, I needed a lot of help and patience. I have nothing but positive and complimentary things to say about Lake GMC/Buick. I give them an A.
