Doc Johnson is very conscience provider who always shows care for any issues and many times refers me to UCF specialists for symptoms out of the ordinary. Well educated and a competent provider. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking medical care!

I'm giving one star because when it comes to authorizations or referrals for severely needed medical procedures like mine which is for neurology they fail miserably personally they may be nice people but I have been waiting since November 28th today is December 21st for them to complete my authorization I have went up there three times in person and called numerous times today was the last draw I called my insurance company personally they told me it is a very simple process they do this all the time so I don't know what the hassle is and of course when I went to the office today for the last time and spoke with the staff (Kathy and receptionist) they told me yeah we'll get it done after the holidays that was their answer like it's not enough that you've already been waiting three weeks so this place is horrible I switched to University of Florida Primary Care in Gainesville they took care of it in less than 24 hours so simple I would have took care of it myself if I could have but I'm not a nurse or doctor and these people are supposed to be here to help you not to just give you the runaround for weeks at a time because they are emotional or something...1 star for poor clerical staff
