PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE CENTER FOR YOUR FAMILY if you LOVE THEM!!!!! It would be great if you could give ZERO stars!!!! This Center is deplorable and PLEASE BEWARE!!! They don't answer phone calls or follow up with the patients family members. They nickle, dime, and create charges that are not discussed and or explained to the patient or the family. They harass you for money and then avoid you when you are seeking support and information. This care center should be audited and checked by the STATE.

The Lodge has poor communication between the Therapy Dept. and patients. Management is very poor. Aids and Nursing staff try very hard but are over worked.

THE SMELL ALONE MADE ME SICK AT MY STOMACH THE CARE PROVIDED TO MY FATHER WAS AT BEST SUB PAR THEIR SOCIAL WORKER LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO TALK TO HER AND I WAS TOLD ON MY THIRD CALL SHE WAS ON THE PHONE AND WOULD CALL ME BACK AFTER 2.5 HOURS PASS I CALLED AGAIN TWICE AND FINALLY SPOKE WITH HER
