Dr. Enrique Mendez is an outstanding, caring, professional physician! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and determined to find out what is happening. I had an experience with Dr. Wu, a rheumatologist at Imperial Health here for only six months when he returned to California. Dr. Mendez took on my case and determined that I was allergic to the sulfasalazine that I’ve been placed on. Immediately got me off of it and has been handling my rheumatoid arthritis professionally and with great care ever since. The staff is also very diligent in making sure that your appointments are current and timely!

Best doctor! He is an exceptional physician. His staff is very passionate about their patients and are very professional. They may come off as \curt\, but they are only looking out for Dr. Mendez and their office. They have been burned many times. I wouldn't change him as my physician for anything! Bottom line, Dr. Mendez is treating you, the office staff is not.

The office staff can be a bit curt at times but if you can deal with that you'll find Dr Mendez and the medical staff is awesome. Very knowledgeable but kind and engaging. Love them. Hope this was helpful.

The Dr is a great doctor! One STAFF MEMBER has been the ONLY staff member to ever stay the whole 14/15 years! ALL other staff members have been replaced! That person blames PATIENTS and OTHER staff for her wrong doings! She screams at everyone. If you can put up with the RUDE staff then go forward with seeing him! But beware you will most probably be wrongly accused of things that you have no idea about! A 78 year old male was kicked out of this office for them saying he was abusing them for medication the elderly man had MRI, X-RAY and BLOODWORK to prove he needed! I can assure you that this man was NOT the only other person they kicked out. 2 others I personally know left this office due to the RUDE STAFF!!! They left lots of people in tears!
