Awesome service and great staff, my son forgot to order a meal and the young man behind the counter kinda caught on and gave my son a drink anyway. Food was served nice and hot besides being fast. Store was well lit inside and out as well as being clean inside and out too. Definitely will stop in again if I'm up this way. Highly recommended for excellent staff and quick service. Thanks guys!!

Here’s a list of our last three orders from this A&W vs what we actually got: Order: 2 sausage and eggers on a bun 2 bacon and eggers on a bun Medium coffee 1 cream 1 sugar Extra ketchup in the bag What we received: 2 sausage and eggers on english muffins 2 bacon and eggers on english muffins Medium coffee with at least 3 cream and 3 sugar, (coffee was white and tasted like syrup) No ketchup in bag Order: 2 sausage and eggers on a bun 2 bacon and eggers on a bun Extra ketchup in the bag What we received: 4 sausage and eggers on buns No ketchup Order: 2 teen burgers, 2 mozzas with 2 fries Extra ketchup in bag What we recieved: 4 teen burgers, 2 fries, No ketchup in bag Each of these are small mistakes, but if you cant ever get an order right why even bother having a menu, just scan my card and suprise me i guess TLDR; ketchup is a commodity thats rare to come by here, and dont order more then 1 thing or itll be wrong
One of the freshest A&W meals I've had. Fries were crisp and hot and the Uncle Burger ingredients were all fresh and delicious.
The food was delicious, the staff was more than efficient and our safety was ensured with top notch Covid practices in effect!
Fast service with the drive thru. Love the dog friendliness also.
It's a nice place to pick up good well your on a road trip and need something quick :)

We always seem to end up here for breakfast at least once on any of our camping trips to Lake Cowichan! Great spot to grab a takeout breakfast and head to the park across the street. The staff have always been friendly and food is good.
