To be honest, this clinic is the best vet clinic I have ever seen. The staff is so nice and they make you always feel good and welcome. The doctors and nurses are very professional. And I wanna mention one person in their staff (Donna) she is the nicest lady and the clinic is lucky to have her working with them. They always send a text to remind you of your pets vaccines. A long time ago, my cat was sneezing blood. And we thought that this is it and we need to let him go. But their professional doctors tried everything they can do and in two weeks he was saved and got treated. I can’t thank them enough!! It is very hard to find an awesome clinic like this one! Thank you so much Lack Crest Clinic!

You guys are awesome! Very professional and friendly. Dr. West took great care of my guinea pigs and everyone I interacted with made me feel very welcome; the receptionists in particular were very pleasant. I'm happy to have found a great veterinarian that will see exotic animals, and if my guinea pigs ever have issues this will be the vet I bring them to. Update: I've been back here twice since I brought my guinea pigs in. The first time was with a very sick cat, who wasn't technically mine (she belonged to my boyfriend's family) but who I loved very much. Dr. Hodges was very straightforward but also very compassionate, and he told me what I didn't want to hear but knew was the truth: that she was too sick, any attempts at treatment would pointlessly prolong her suffering and euthanasia would be the kindest option. It's never easy to have an animal put to sleep, but they let me spend as much time as I needed with her without ever making me feel rushed. I stayed with her until she fell asleep, and Dr. Hodges brought her to the back to give her the final shot. It was as good of an experience as it's possible to have when you're losing a dearly loved pet, and all of the staff were really compassionate and sympathetic. The other time was when I brought a healthy cat in for a routine exam, microchip, and vaccinations. Very pleasant visit, the exam and shots were done quickly and relatively painlessly for the cat. Dr. Hodges answered any questions I had, gave my cat a clean bill of health and sent us on our way. I'm very happy with Lake Crest Animal Clinic, and they'll continue to be my preferred vet for all of my pets.

This place is amazing! The staff there is top-notch, I could not ask for better customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that your sweet pet is taken care of like you would take care of a king or a queen! I feel fantastic about taking my animal here there is no doubt in my mind that every single person in that building is an animal lover. Every time I have taken an animal in there I feel like my pet is the only one there that is how will they treat the animals. I highly recommend them! I give them a 10 on everything!

I had 3 feral cats that I needed to get spayed and neutered. I made the appointment rather last minute with only a week until I needed them fixed. Lake Crest was able to get me in quickly. They did an excellent job and we're super helpful and kind throughout the process. Would highly recommend them!
