Was looking for a fun way to get back into shape after a very sedentary year. Absolutely love the classes offered here. For someone completely new to aerial and pole, this place is welcoming and inspiring. It is SUCH AN AMAZING WORKOUT! I have never felt better and I never could have dreamt that I would be able to do the things I get to do in these classes. Every class is an exercise in confidence building. I love all the instructors and other students so much!

I use to do gymnastics when I was younger and I wanted to get back into something similar. I heard of aerial fitness and pole fitness but never tried it. I searched places but found one I thought looked beautiful. So I decided to call and find out how to schedule my class. The owner is super sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions on the phone when I called. I took a few classes at serenity pole and aerial when I was visiting my family who lived in Irvine. I bought the 2 classes for the price of 1 which was great! I ended up taking two classes back to back! I had so much fun! Highly recommended!!!!!

I was looking to try something different and I decided to get the vip unlimited membership package for new clients. That has access to everything, pole and aerial. I have to say I have been to many aerial, pole dance, yoga, dance studios all over LA and OC. This is by far the cleanest one I have been to, the studio has a great cozy setting with tons of soft lighting setting the mood just right. Lots of space as well, I didn’t expect how large the space was. The other members all hands down great people to be around. I get to workout, build my self confidence up and socialize in a healthy, clean and fun environment! If you have not done something like this before you should try Serenity pole & aerial.

Love this place so much, great teachers!! I saw improvement in my forms and my muscles pretty fast. Had a go at hoops, pole, silks, and hammock all are really fun!
