Went for an oil change. They never called to let me know that they were unable to get the oil filter off but changed the oil anyway. I was told that it is only recommended to change the filter when changing the oil. Also was told I could go somewhere else to have the filter loosened and drive it back for them to replace the filter. After questioning why I was being charged for an incomplete oil change, at least deduct the filter charge, I was not charged for the oil change. I only give 1 star because I think it's crazy that they were unable to remove the oil filter and had full intentions of charging me for the oil change. Had I not have had understanding of what they were saying as not being true, I would have believed them, paid and been on my way. I wonder how many others they have done this to.

15 degrees outside and they didn't open the door until 7:08...4 people stood outside freezing. We walk in and there is 6 people already at the counter. Your auto care center is terrible.

This Walmart service center location was friendly and helpful. They were able to get my car in for a oil change quickly. With covid the waiting are is closed but was able to walk around the store.
