Hostess yesterday lovely lady sat us quickly. Got waitress. We got tea and beer quickly. Pretty long wait for salad and poutine but it was delicious. I am medically Gluten free. Got great cob said big tender chicken sooo good Dressing was fine. Newmans balsamic which I like. Then I got cold and hostess cleaned a table in sun for us with great view. We had great lunch.

Based on the upstairs portion of the restaurant. Dinning was on the convered deck which offered plenty of shade and views of the lake. First impressions didn't go that well we were third party in line at their side entrance for the upstairs portion and it took a good twenty minutes for a member of staff to even acknowledge that there were people waiting. Then when it was finally our turn to be seated, the person who took us almost had is wait longer while she over looked the empty table which for our party of eight that was literally right there in front of us. The burgers were tasty and the fries were spot-on, but it was kind of over priced for what you get. I did like the outdoor lakeshore atmosphere of the facility. I may return, but I wouldn't make it my go-to stop for dining at Lake George.
I waited for the host to seat me. No one came for about 10 min. I went in spoke to the bartender the bartender said the host will be there soon. I waited. Another employee passed me and I asked her if we can get seated . She said the host will get me. I waited about 10 more min. The host came and took a party of 5 to sit. And she said nothing to us. She left sat them and then we waited again. She finally came back and said how many. Nothing else. Nothing about a wait time. Not apologizing for the wait she just left. We waited again for about 7 min and just left the restaurant. That was a huge turn off. There was a lot of staff on there were some tables available that we could see infront of us. and no one could seat us. I didnt get to try the food so I am not reviewing that. This is for the service. It wasted a lot of time for me.
OMG the food was delicious. The Hawaiian burger cooked to perfection and they have mango and ginger drink that I highly recommend.
My wife wanted dinner with a view. The food was actually very good. We had calamari which had a General Tso's sauce and cherry tomatoes. I had a lobster roll and my wife had a grilled chicken salad. The cocktails were also good.
