Was reasonable reliable the great work in my house
This guy is a scam artist, came to "fix" our furnace...told us it was a gas valve tried to charge us almost 300 just for showing up. He said the part would be at least another 200 if he can get it. Had another guy come today, the valve is fine the breaker was off...there's NOTHING wrong with it!!! We asked him 3 or 4 times if the breaker should be on while he was here...he said No. Call North Country if you want honest reliable service. Karma will take care of this guy eventually.
STAY AWAY! He has done work for us for years and it was entirely satisfactory and at a good price. I contracted with him to replace a hot water heater. With my past good experiences with him I paid him in advance. After three months and five no shows and numerous phone calls he showed up and installed an inferior heater, left a mess, and was supposed to rectify the problems within a week. Never heard from him again. There is pending NYS Attorney General actions against him. I would not hire him to change a light bulb.
