The employees are really nice but I don't understand why it took us 32 minutes from the time we got into the drive through till we got our food. They messed up 3 things on our order but we were not about to go back.

I never liked coffee until I had a pumpkin swirled iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I like my coffees made light and sweet along with flavoring. Lately I basically been getting them tasting like there is no cream or flavoring in it. They used to be made really good, but I don’t know what happened to the one in Warrensburg/ Lake George, NY. I would like to support my local Dunkin Donuts but not when it tastes awful. If your looking for light and sweet don’t go to this Dunkin Donuts!!
The coffee was excellent. The space in the drive thru is terrible and the guardrail is not marked. As we came thru in our Chevy Silverado, there was some snow and the guardrail was not visible. The next day we realized that we rubbed the guardrail and scratched the bumper on our vehicle. Simple solution: Paint the guardrail a bright color so that it is visible regardless of the weather.
Service was great, just didn't care for their hazelnut coffee, donuts were good..
The drive-thru line was wrapped around the shop (around 09:20am), with cars waiting on the road to turn in. Now, DD coffee and food is great and all, but this morning was kinda dangerously held-up.
I messed up and placed my order at the wrong Dunkin’ at like 5 in the morning. The guy there, Richard, was super helpful. I gave him my email receipt and he made the entire order super fast, no mistakes and didn’t charge me for it since I already paid in the app.
I pulled into drive-thru at 7:02am to purchase a coffee. No one was ahead of me in line. I ordered 1 coffee. I pulled out at 7:14am. No idea what the issue was but 12 minutes wait is ridiculous when you are the only customer. Coffee tasted great though.
