This Orvis store is 2 floors. The prices are pretty steep on some items. The customer service is pretty good here, anyone on the floor and behind the register are quite helpful. Orvis is an American family-owned retail and mail-order business specializing in high-end fly fishing, hunting and sporting goods. Founded in Manchester, Vermont, in 1856 by Charles F. Orvis to sell fishing tackle, it is the oldest mail-order retailer in the United States.

The store is nice!, but they DON'T have the stuff they used to! (Pretty much done away with the home/gift section they used to have upstairs! It's ALL downtown stairs tucked into a little area behind the staircase!). Disappointed to say the least! They still have the clothes! & a lot of dog stuff now! Their prices are still high even with the outlet discounts! (On sale is the ONLY way your going to get decent prices!).
